With a reinforced concrete slab prepared and poured, a metal frame was then erected for the bespoke roof joists to be laid on. The roof was then decked in OSB and completed with a watertight finish. The finished structure was then clad with cement board cladding and the inside was decked out with the Man Cave necessities.
