Side elevation to property had extreme lateral movement, no horizontal or lateral restraint straps were evident and internal walls were not tied into the outside leaf. The walls to the property are tending to bow outwards under vertical and wind suction loads.
The walls were demolished and rebuilt from first floor to roof level. This involved propping the roof down to the ground level whilst the wall was rebuilt.
Walls were rebuilt in compliance with building control, all associated works were completed through to decoration. All works carried out by the team at HSK.
