Exterior renovation and render works to a project at Westfield.
Their existing porch was demolished and rebuilt, adding some needed extra space. The roof was finished with Redland mini Stonewold flat concrete slates.
The colour of the exterior was updated with hardie planking cladding, in Mountain Sage.
The existing external fence, stone chippings and shrubs were ripped out. The old run down fencing was replaced with a wall of similar height, with a special request for some extra holes to accomodate the local hedgehogs!
Fresh turf was laid, and a border was formed around the edging to create a space for plants.
A new patio area and path were created with yellow buff paving slabs.
